Returns and Refund Policy

At hugtorugs.com (“hugtorugs”), we take pride in the quality of our custom-printed products. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.

Returns

All products sold by hugtorugs are custom-made, which means they are not eligible for returns. Any costs related to returning items to hugtorugs will be the responsibility of the customer.

However, if you receive items that are defective due to the printing process or damaged during shipping, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Please inspect your products immediately upon receiving them. If any items are found to be defective or damaged, contact our Support team via email at orders@hugtorugs.com within 14 days of receiving your order (or the expected delivery date). Be sure to include your order number, contact details, and photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

Customers are responsible for covering their own shipping costs if returning items, and these shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once you report an issue with your order, we will inspect the product and notify you once your request is under review. If necessary, we may contact you for further clarification.

If your return request is approved, we may choose to reprint the order at no additional cost rather than issuing a refund. If a refund is granted, we will process it through your original payment method within 30 days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your card issuer’s policies.

In the event of a return or refund, we may require you to send back the original order before proceeding with the reprint or refund.

Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control, such as errors made by the customer, are not covered under this policy, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
