- To maintain your rug's beauty, regular vacuuming is recommended to eliminate loose dirt and debris. Using a vacuum with a beater bar or rotating brush attachment can effectively clean the rug. 

- When spills or stains occur on your rug, it's crucial to act promptly. Blotting the affected area with a clean, white cloth or paper towel is essential to absorb as much liquid as possible. Avoid rubbing the stain, as it might cause it to spread or penetrate deeper into the fibres. For specific stains, you can use a mild detergent mixed with water and gently blot the area. 

- Machine wash cold with drum at a low spin speed and let the rug flat dry. Do not use biological washing detergent and fabric conditioner.

How To Get Creases Out Of Rugs

- Due to transportation requirements, your rug will be folded for delivery.

- To get creases out of new rug that has been folded, try laying it flat on a hardwood or concrete floor and leaving it to rest for 72 hours. For washable rug, the easier way is to soak the rug in water and let it flat dry. This may allow the fibers to settle and fix the creases themselves.
